Terms

These terms cover buying and using Dekkr. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Your license

Buying Dekkr gives you a personal license to use it on one computer, a Mac or a PC, that you own or control. You can move it to another computer by freeing it from the first one in the customer portal. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no account, and it includes every 1.x update and every template that comes with the app. Please don't share, resell or redistribute your license key or the app.

Payment

Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Polar's terms apply to the purchase itself.

Your work

What you make with Dekkr is yours. Your decks are files on your computer; we don't see them or keep a copy. You are responsible for having the right to use the pictures, text and designs you put in them.

Other services

Dekkr works alongside apps and services we don't run, like print shops and Tabletop Simulator. It isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple, Microsoft or any of them. Mac is a trademark of Apple Inc., and Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

No warranty

We work hard to make Dekkr reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Keep copies of work that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

Changes
